Sites interface

Site Information

Site module displays site information including the clients that own the site.

Client-Site Association

Have the flexibility of being able to associate a site with multiple clients with different invoice rates dependent on the client.


Duty Planner

Use the duty planner on sites interface to calculate real-time google map distance:

  • For a specific employee from all available sites.
  • For a specific site from all available employees.

Security Officers Interface

SIA badge Verification

Verify several officers SIA badges by clicking "Verify SIA badge" button on officers' interface to higlight the officers with expired SIA badges.

HR Document Management

System provides full automatic support for employees document management

Officers Availibility

Choose dates for when an officer will not be available by clicking on "Availibility". The software will not let you schdeule a job for an officer on the dates which have been marked unabvailable.

Employees Detail Page

All the stored documents and persoanl information for an employee can be viewed on the employee detail page by clicking on the employees name.

Additional options:
  • Verify the officer's SIA badge
  • Ban the officer from a specific site
Officers Report

Automatically generates the Officers Report in an excel sheet which displays a list of officers and thier personal information.

Schedule Interface
Scheduling interfaces

Scheduling is available in five different interfaces for add/edit/delete and search operations. The five scheduling interfaces are:

  • Schedule for a selected data
  • Schedule for a selected period for a security-officer
  • Schedule for a selected period for a site
  • Schedule for a security-officer
  • Schedule for a site

Job Status

Each job has a colour depending on its current status:

  • Scheduled/Ended/TBC/Refused/Accepted-White
  • Late/Left Earlier-Yellow
  • The job starts blinking in red 2 hours before its start time
  • Chased up/Ok-Green

Client based scheduling

Client based schedule available.

TBC duties

Automatically alerts for to-be-confirmed duties i.e. if no officer has been assigned this duty.

Officer Availibility

Automatic scheduling availibitly according to the availibilty of the officer provided on the security-officers interface.

Total Hours

Total hours for all-jobs or jobs-for-a-particular client displayed o n each type of schedule interface

Invoice Interface
Invoice Accounts Management

Payments received for invoices are managed by the system and are displayed on the invoice module interface.

Site-wise Invoices

The invoice shows the site-wise duties in detail with subtotal for each site and also the total for all the duties for all sites.

List of Duties

View the list of duties for each invoice by clicking on the detail column on the invoice interface.

Bonus Hours

Bonus hours handling available which can also be used to calculate the invoices.

Pay Module Interface
Pay Accounts Management

Payment records for pays are handled within the system and are displayed on the pay module interface.

Generate Pay Slip

Fully automatic pay slip generation

Extra/Reduced Pay
  • Handling of late-arrival hours or late sitting hours is available in the system and the pay is automatically calculated taking these hours into account.
  • Travel expenses are also handled by the system.
  • Pay module also takes into account the contract and non-contract hours while calculating the pays.
Print Report

Printed report available for the detail of jobs for a pay by just clicking on the “print” column in the pay module interface.

Companies Interface
Site for Client

The companies interface dsiplays all the sites for a specific company as well as the rate for each site which you can easily edit and delete.

You can also add a site for a client by using "Add Site-for-Client-Interface" button and choose which sites to add for a certain client .

Admin Interface
Cities

This interface displays all the cities that will be referred to in all other interfaces. You can easily add, edit or delete countries.

User Management Interface

All the users and thier roles are displayed on this interface. The role of each user decides how much of the software is visible to that specific user. You can also add,edit or delete the users.

Accounts Interface

Graphical Analysis Interface

Generate hourly, weeekly, monthly or yearly graphical reports for jobs and total working hours for a chosen period of time and track the progress and the needs for a client's business or a security officer by a simple click.
