Send your documents to all your colleagues at once with the "Send Attachment" button. Docuements of up to 20kB are supported by default but can be customised to more.
Don't want to disturb all your colleagues with the sounds of messages and pop-ups? Use the check-box next to each member of the team to chose who to notify. Although the message will be visible to everyone, you can chose the member who should be alerted for each message.
Use the Message Search tab to look through all the previous messages. You can chose the period of time between which you want the messages or choose a specific user whose messages you want displayed. You can also search for particular string by using the search bar and you can also search for a single message by using search by ID and enterig the ID number in the search bar.
On recieving a message you will see a pop-up on your screen even if your offcom screen is minimisied. You will also hear a notification sound which you can chose to turn off by using the "Msg Ping" check-box for minimal distrubance.
